Have a nice day! :)
I am a Romanian photographer in love with people, places, memories, little things, details, landscapes and many more. I believe that when you look at things differently, STORIES emerge. I believe that there is beauty in the everyday. And when PEOPLE learn to look for it, they’ll find inspiration in the last likely places. That’s when the magic happens. It’s not only about photography, it’s about the STORY behind it, it’s about passion, feelings and emotions. It’s A Photographic Love Affair!
If you wish to contact me for any reason just do it :) and please always remember to smile!

Skiers climbing up to Pointe de la Terrasse (Switzerland).
I live in the Swiss Alps and take a lot of pictures of landscapes and activities around lakes and mountains. I joined tumblr recently and want to keep a photo diary of what I see around me.
I visited Havana, Cuba in May 2012 in search of the legendary amateur boxing for which the country is reknowned. I spent 2 days at the Rafael Trejo Gym and a further day at the Olympic training facilities. The bond and respect shown between these fighters was truely inspiring. I gained an Associateship from the Royal Photographic Society for my panel of work.

Enjoy!
New York Yankees Babe Ruth in 1927. (Charles M. Conlon/Sporting News)
I am the senior photo editor at Sporting News. I have been with Sporting News for more than 15 years. The Sporting News was founded in 1886 and acquired the nickname “The Bible of Baseball”. Or photo archives include hundreds of thousands of photographs dating back almost a hundred years. Our most famous photographer in our collection is Charles M. Conlon. Conlon took thousands of portraits of major league baseball players. His most famous photos are an action shot of Ty Cobb sliding into third base and this stunning closeup of Babe Ruth.
As curator of the Sporting News Archive Tumblr http://sportingnewsarchive.tumblr.com/page/6 I post historical photographs from our archives as well as current day photographs. The Sporting News Archive Tumblr is the place to remember the history of sports as well as experience today’s history making sporting events all through the lens of the sports photographer.

I live in Auckland, New Zealand and work with digital photography only. I love capturing what I see - I see a lot of what other people miss. And I also love working with Photoshop to develop color, light, and emotion in the photograph.
Amateur photographer armed with a Nikon D5100 & a Sony NEX-5. I travel the world trying to capture photos of the normal through to unique. My collection features unedited and post edited photos. It is a firm belief of mine that in order to capture the true nature of a culture you must become somewhat politely invasive. I hope you enjoy

My name is Jacob Fricks. I just turned 17 years old and have been taking photos for 2 years now. The ocean and waves are something that im just drawn to. Im not sure what it is but i just love the beach. I have been taking surf shots for almost a year now and feel like i get better and better each time i go out. Something that i’ve learned is that photography takes practice. Practice not only as going out and learning the way the wave breaks, finding the perfect spot for the photo, and using your equipment. The biggest thing for me though is LIGHT! all photos can look the same…. i love going out and sunrise and sunset couse of the light is just perfect. Surf and wave photography is something that i just lve to do and try to walk in Clark Little footsteps everyday.

Hi Tumblrs,
My name is Nic de Jesus, born in South Africa, raised in Cape town, currently living in Brighton, UK.
Photography and the still frame has played a beautiful part in the development of my personal life and continues to do so. It is the quiet moments between the action and reflection, I enjoy capturing the images I love most. I’m currently focused on portraiture, stills and Film Editing. I am particularly fascinated with the sequencing of the still frame, including motion - How one frame or 24fps can influence the frame before or after and how the selection of that frame/frames can effect the entire sequence or body of work:)
I work in all formats embracing each of their capabilities, but love my 1880, 6 1/2 x 4 3/4 large format camera.
love storytelling & collaborating
