I am Jessica Allen, Bostonian living in San Francisco. I’ve been taking photos for 15 years. My M.O. is to create dreamy images of San Francisco and document life as art with a journalistic streak. I shoot mostly 35mm with my Diana Mini, Smena 8M, or Minolta X-570, but I also shoot digital with my iPhone 4S or Nikon D70 at times.

Hey there, I’m Manda and I live and work in eastern Pennsylvania. I’ve had an interest in photography for as long as I can remember. I am increasingly fascinated with the ideas and concepts behind identity, and also the beauty of the ordinary. These two ideas are the primary focuses of my work.

Photography runs deep within my family’s skin. My grandfather was a chemist and spent most of his career at the Eastman Kodak Company in Rochester, New York. He shot solely on the Kodachrome film he spent his career perfecting, documenting his life and the lives of those around him. This is the mentality I have when I approach a photo. A photograph is a moment in time, and it’s my job to capture that memory.

Hi I’m Jessica, I’m Romanian, and I’m turning 17 soon. I live in Pennsylvania. I mainly use a Canon Powershot SD 1200 IS, and the other times, I use a Panasonic Lumix DMC-zs19. I’m absolutely in love with photography. I cant wait to find a job so I can buy myself a DSLR and improve my skills/quality. Taking pictures of objects is a way to see the world in a different perspective. you catch a specific moment that you can stare at for hours later on. No single photo is exactly like yours. It just amazes me so much. I mainly take pictures of nature and close ups of objects.

Ever since I can remember myself, I was passionate about art. I have walked down various paths to achieve artistic expression, such as painting on canvas and digitally creating and editing images. That was until, two years ago, I discovered photography. It then became obvious to me that this is the means which enables me to express myself the most, which fulfills my creative needs.
My “instrument” of choice is a Nikon D5100 with an 18-55 lens, for the moment. I usually work with natural and urban landscapes, but recently I have started experimenting on male and female portraits and facial expressions.

Photography is my hobby (whether i’m any good is open for debate, but hopefully i’m learning?!?!).
I mainly enjoy street photography and nature. Most of my work is done in and around Brighton, UK, i have everything i need right outside my door.
I use a Nikon D50 with the standard 18-55mm lens and also a Sigma 70-300mm 1:4-5:6D DL Macro Super zoom lens.
